Additionally included in this recent image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory. Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million. The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir. Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner. The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key detailing various parts of the property. Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters. More materials released as part of the continuing investigative release.
